氯气制备与性质实验的绿色化设计
Green Design of Chlorine Preparation and Properties Experiment
【摘要】 为了减小氯气的污染同时清楚呈现氯气的性质,提出利用蒸发皿和表面皿组成的"气室"进行微型实验。利用该装置实现了二氧化锰与浓盐酸反应制备氯气,实验充分呈现了氯气的颜色、漂白性、氧化性和酸性。实验装置简单,课堂搭建容易;实验装置上方透明,现象易于观察;实验使用试剂量少,废液和废气易于处理,实验污染小。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the pollution of chlorine and show clearly the properties of chlorine, a chamber consisting of evaporating dish and surface dish was proposed for micro-experiments.The reaction of manganese dioxide with concentrated hydrochloric acid to prepare chlorine was realized by this device.The experiment shows the color, bleaching, oxidation and acidity of chlorine.The experimental device is simple and easy to build in class.The experimental device is transparent and the phenomenon is easy to observe.The amount of reagent used in the experiment is small, the waste liquid and gas are easy to be treated, and the experiment pollution is small.
