猴头菇固体饮料治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察猴头菇固体饮料治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 180例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为对照组90例和治疗组90例。对照组与治疗组分别给予某品牌保护胃粘膜口服液和猴头菇固体饮料治疗,4周后观察、评定治疗效果。结果 4周治疗结束后,较治疗前2组主症和兼症均有明显好转,且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P均<0. 05);治疗组的脾胃虚寒、脾胃气虚、肝胃不和诸证总有效率均比对照组高(P均<0. 05),各证间疗效差异不明显(P> 0. 05)。临床总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),2组治疗过程中患者均未出现不良反应。结论猴头菇固体饮料能较好改善慢性浅表性胃炎,疗效确切,且对受试者无不良影响。

【Abstract】 objective It is to observe the clinical effect of solid beverage of Hericium erinaceus on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods 180 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into control group of 90 cases and treatment group of90 cases. The control group and the treatment group were treated with a brand of protected gastric mucosa oral liquid and a solid beverage of Hericium erinaceus. After 4 weeks,the therapeutic effect was observed and evaluated. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant improvement compared with the first two groups of main and concurrent diseases,and the treatment group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05); The total efficiency of spleen and stomach deficiency,spleen and stomach deficiency,liver and stomach dissonance were all higher in the treatment group than in the control group( P < 0. 05)There is no significant difference in the efficacy between the various symptoms( all P > 0. 05). The total clinical effective treatment group was significantly higher than the control group( P < 0. 05) There was no adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion The solid beverage can improve the chronic superficial gastritis,the curative effect is accurate,and there is no adverse effect on the subjects.
