【摘要】 目的评估乙型流感病毒快速检测方法在基层医院的临床应用效果。方法 2015年10月-2017年5月,收集流感样病例216份,将中国疾病预防控制中心推荐的乙型流感病毒的实时荧光PCR作为参考方法,评价乙型流感病毒快速检测试剂的特异性、灵敏度及总符合率。结果临床检测样本216份,乙型流感病毒快速检测试剂的特异性为100%、灵敏度为84. 62%,与参考方法的符合率为99. 07%。结论乙型流感病毒快速检测试剂对临床样本的检测具有良好的特异性和灵敏度,为基层医院及现场应用提供实验室依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of rapid test method for influenza B virus in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 216 influenza-like illness samples were collected from October 2015 to May 2017. The rapid test method of influenza B virus was evaluated for specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate using RT-PCR recommended by China CDC as the reference method. Results For 216 clincal samples,the specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate to the reference method of the rapid test for influenza B virus 100%,84. 62% and 99. 07%,respectively. Conclusions The rapid test for influenza B virus had good specificity and sensitivity for the detection of clinical samples. The test result could provide laboratory basis for primary hospitals and on-site applications.更多还原
