中国中老年人肾功能下降与代谢综合征相关性分析

【摘要】 目的探讨代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)和肾功能下降(reduced kidney function)的关系,研究中国45岁以上中老年人肾功能下降的相关危险因素。方法选用中国健康与养老追踪调查(China health and retirement longitudinal study, CHARLS)2011年基线数据中6 517例受试者资料。采用描述性统计、多因素Logistic回归肾功能下降的相关危险因素。结果 Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别(OR=0.47,P<0.001)、年龄(60~74岁组相对45~59岁组:OR=2.68;75~89岁组相对45~59岁组:OR=14.72,P<0.001)、吸烟(OR=1.36,P=0.019)、经常饮酒(OR=1.58,P=0.021)、代谢综合征(OR=1.46,P=0.014)是肾功能下降的危险因素。结论代谢综合征与肾功能下降有正相关性,同时性别、年龄、吸烟、常饮酒也是肾功能下降的相关危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the risk factors of reduced kidney function and to analyze the correlations between metabolic syndrome(MS) and reduced kidney function. Methods According to China health and retirement longitudinal study(CHARLS) which was conducted since 2011. The sample size at baseline was 6 517. Descriptive analysis was used to describe prevalence of metabolic syndrome and reduced kidney function. Multiple regression analysis was used to estimate odds ratios for the risk factors. Results The result of logistic regression indicate that the risk factors of reduced kidney function were gender(OR=0.47, P<0.001), age(60-74 years old: OR=2.68; 75-89 years old: 14.72, P<0.001, 45-59 years old: ref.), smoking(OR=1.36, P=0.019), regular alcohol consumption(OR=1.58, P=0.021) and MS(OR=1.46, P=0.014). Conclusion The findings indicated that MS is positively associated with reduced kidney function. The risk factors of reduced kidney function include gender, age, smoking, and regular alcohol consumption.
