辛基酚对萼花臂尾轮虫毒性效应的研究

【摘要】 应用生态学毒理学方法,研究了环境雌激素辛基酚(OP)对萼花臂尾轮虫毒性效应。包括24 h急性毒性、慢性浓度(0.01~0.16 mg/L)对轮虫发育阶段、2 d的种群增长率r及7 d休眠卵产量影响。结果显示:OP对轮虫24 h的急性毒性LC50为0.91 mg/L;OP浓度0.08、0.16 mg/L显著降低轮虫的生殖前期、生殖期和寿命历时,0.04 mg/L以上降低轮虫的生殖量;OP浓度0.08、0.16 mg/L显著降低轮虫2 d的r,0.01 mg/L及以上浓度显著降低轮虫7 d的休眠卵产量。以上研究表明:OP对轮虫的生殖具有干扰作用,其中轮虫7 d休眠卵产量为监控水体OP污染最敏感的指标。

【Abstract】 Using experimental ecology approach, effects of Octylphenol(OP) on the acute toxicity, development stage, 2 d-r and 7-d production of resting eggs of rotifer B. calyciflorus was studied. The results showed that 24 h half lethal concentration value of OP for B. calyciflorus was 0.91 mg/L, in the test concnentration range of 0.01-0.16 mg/L, OP at 0.08,0.16 mg/L significantly decreased pre-reproductive period, reproductivr period and mean life period. OP from 0.04 mg/L to 0.16 mg/L reduced the number of eggs, however all concentrations had no effect on embryone development. 0.08,0.16 mg/L significantly decreased the r of 2 d, OP from 0.01-0.16 mg/L reduced markedly resting eggs at 7 d than the control. All these tests showed that OP could disturb the reproduction of B.calyciflorus, the production of resting eggs of rotifer at 7 d appeared to be the most sensitive endpoints in all tests.
