【摘要】 目的研究个体化精细护理对心脏搭桥手术患者心功能和心理应激水平的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2018年9月于我院心胸外科实施心脏搭桥手术的62例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,试验组31例患者实施个体化精细护理措施,对照组31例患者实施常规护理干预措施,对比干预前后两组患者BNP、CRP和NYHA心功能分级,血压和心率水平,焦虑和抑郁评分。结果干预后,试验组BNP、CRP水平及NYHA分级均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);试验组舒张压、收缩压及心率水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);试验组HAMA及HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论通过个体化精细护理,能够明显改善心脏搭桥手术患者心功能、血压水平和心理应激能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study on the effect of individualized fine nursing on cardiac function and psychological stress level in patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery. Methods Sixty-two patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery in our department of cardiothoracic surgery from January 2015 to September 2018 were selected as subjects and grouped by random number table method. 31 patients in the experimental group were treated with individualized fine nursing measures,while 31 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention measures. BNP,CRP and NYHA cardiac function grading,blood pressure and heart rate,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The BNP,CRP levels and NYHA cardiac function grading of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group after intervention,and the difference were statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Through individualized fine nursing,cardiac function,blood pressure level and psychological stress ability of patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery can be significantly improved.更多还原
