【摘要】 目的研究肛肠手术患者实施情志护理的价值。方法纳入本院2018年4月至2019年4月接受肛肠手术患者(n=88)作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为试验组(n=44,实施情志护理)、对照组(n=44,实施常规护理),对两组患者疼痛程度、康复情况、护理效果进行评估。结果试验组疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。试验组康复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。试验组护理效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论肛肠手术患者实施情志护理的价值显著,既可降低疼痛程度,又可缩短康复时间,提高护理效果,值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study value of implementing psychological nursing in patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods Patients undergoing anorectal surgery( n = 88) in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled and they were divided into study group( n = 44,psychological nursing) and control group( n = 44,routine nursing),according to randomized digital table method,and then pain level,rehabilitation,and nursing effect of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Pain level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05).Rehabilitation in the study group was preferable than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05).Nursing effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05).Conclusion There exist significant values of implementing psychological nursing in patients undergoing anorectal surgery,which can not only reduce degree of pain,but also shorten rehabilitation time and improve nursing effect,deserving clinical reference.更多还原
