“挠羊赛”双抱腿技术动作三维力学分析

【摘要】 通过三维力学分析、Vicon系统测试法,对"挠羊赛"双抱腿技术动作进行实验测试,从运动学角度分析"挠羊赛"双抱腿技术动作在进行过程中的肩、肘、髋、膝主要关节的活动变化和活动顺序,重心高度变化,以及发力腿的脚蹬力强度、蹬力方向。结果表明在进行"双抱腿"技术动作中髋、膝关节在发力抱摔阶段为主要的活动关节,发力腿的脚蹬因素方向和强度也是影响发力的重要因素,重心是整个动作的重要决定因素。因此,在进行"挠羊赛"双抱腿技术动作的训练中应该着重对重心高低、远近的调整有一个适度的把握,注重身体的各个关节的协调发力,特别是髋、膝关节的发力,同时也要加强发力腿的腿部肌肉的力量训练和踝关节的活动角度。

【Abstract】 Through three-dimensional mechanical analysis and Vicon system test method, this paper conducts experimental tests on the double-leg-holding technical movements of "Nao Yang Contest". From the kinematics point of view, it analyses the movement change and sequence of the main joints of hip, knee and ankle, the change of the height of the center of gravity, the pedal strength and the direction of pedal force of the exerting leg. The results show that the hip and knee joints are the main active joints in the process of double-leg – holding technical movements. The direction and strength of the pedal factors of the legs are also the important factors affecting the power, and the center of gravity is the important determining factor of the whole movement. Therefore, in the training of the double-leg-holding technique "NaoYang Contest", we should focus on the adjustment of the height and distance of the center of gravity, pay attention to the coordination of all joints of the body, especially the hip and knee joints, and at the same time, we should also strengthen the strength training of leg muscles and the angle of ankle joint movement.
