【Abstract】 This paper makes a dialectical analysis of the stage characteristics of the rural land system reform in the past 70 years, extracts the historical experience of the rural land system reform, and accurately grasps the new changes and characteristics of the development of productive forces in the new period. Under the background of rural revitalization, this paper clarifies the "four major problems" of the new round of rural land system reform according to the working method of integrating theory with practice. Finally, this paper puts forward specific ideas to deepen the reform of rural land system, namely, putting forward a "one fundamental" policy, adhering to "one core", coordinating "dual relations", taking "two-dimensional goals" into account, making good use of "three dollars", raising "three types of people", strengthening "four services" and helping the reform thinking of "four interactions".更多还原
