基于Modbus协议的螺丝机HMI系统设计

【摘要】 为了解决早期螺丝机HMI(Human Machine Interface,人机接口)系统显示内容少、操作性差、通用性低等问题,设计了基于Modbus协议的螺丝机HMI系统,通过对Modbus协议的研究,确定了触摸屏作为主机,控制器作为从机,运用RTU模式通信的方案,同时给出了帧间超时时间与定时器装载值的计算式及CRC校验流程。针对遇到的切屏后数据刷新延迟的问题,提出了一种数据预装载附加DMA功能的方法,即利用机器开机时间,提前将所需的数据载入到控制器开辟的缓存中,使得数据地址与界面控件地址直接映射,再启用DMA功能加快主、从设备数据转移速度。在界面设计方面,详述了设计步骤,并引入了组态软件参与设计,有效地缩短了开发周期。本设计已成功应用于实际生产中,长期使用表明系统运行稳定、切屏流畅且界面友好,提高了工件螺丝锁付效率。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of little display content,poor operability and low universality of early screws fastening machine HMI( Human Machine Interface) system,the screws fastening machine HMI system based on Modbus protocol is designed. Through the study of Modbus protocol,the touch screen is determined as the host,controller as slave,communication using RTU mode. At the same time,the calculation formula of frame timeout and timer loading value and the check flow of CRC are given. Aiming at the problem of data refresh delay after switching the screen,a method of data preloading with additional DMA function is proposed. By using the start-up time of the machine,the required data is loaded into the cache opened by the controller in advance,so that the data address is mapped directly to the interface control address,and then the DMA function is enabled to speed up the data transfer between the master and slave devices. In terms of interface design,design steps are detailed,and the configuration software assists in the design which effectively shortens the development cycle of the system. The design has been successfully applied in practical production. And the Long-term use indicates that the stable system operation,the smooth screen switching and the friendly interface improve the screws fastening efficiency of the workpiece.
