湿法氧化法分析水中有机14C的初步实验研究
Preliminary Research on the Analysis of Organic Carbon-14 in Water by Wet Oxidation
【摘要】 碳元素是生物体有机物的基本组成成分,很容易被活机体吸收同化。而14C是低能纯β辐射体,具有很长的半衰期(5730年)和很高的同位素交换率,会对生物体产生内照射剂量,而水是地球大气圈、水圈、生物圈和岩石圈联系的纽带,因此水中14C的测量方法受到人们的广泛关注。有机14C作为水中14C的一个重要组成部分,测量方法显得尤为重要。水中14C采用过硫酸钾-硝酸银的湿法氧化法作前处理,碳酸钙粉末悬浮法制样,液闪谱仪测量,开展了初步的实验研究。方法回收率为96.4%,探测下限为0.40Bq/L(样品量60mL,测量时间300min),加标样品的实验结果表明该方法可应用于水样品中14C的分析测量。
【Abstract】 Element Carbon is the basic constituent of organism and can be easily assimilated by living organism. 14C is a low-energy pure beta radiator with a long half-life(5730 years) and a high isotope exchange rate, which will generate internal radiation dose to organisms. Water is the link between the earth’s atmosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere and lithosphere, so the determination of 14C in water has been widely concerned. Organic 14C is an important component of 14C in water, the determination method of which is especially important. Organic carbon-14 in water was pre-treated by wet oxidation of potassium persulfate and silver nitrate, prepared by suspension of calcium carbonate powder, and measured by liquid scintillation counting spectrometer, the preliminary experiments were carried out. The recovery of the method is 96.4%, LLD is 0.40 Bq/L with 60 ml sample and 300 min measuring time. The results of standard samples showed that the method can be applied to the analysis and measurement of organic c-14 in water samples.
