【摘要】 为表征纺织品对水溶性污物的防护性能,并实现织物经喷淋法防污测试后等级评定方法的客观化,提出了一种基于灰度值的喷淋法防污等级评定方法。该方法首先对AATCC变色灰卡进行拍照,并计算灰卡各等级的灰度值,对变色各等级与其对应灰度值的关系进行分析,以此为依据评价织物防污性能。为验证灰度值法评定结果,将亲水性污液喷淋到试样上,拍摄污液处理前后样品图片,利用软件对用液体污渍处理前后的样品图片中像素点灰度信息进行统计和灰度分析,依据灰度分析结果对纺织品防污性能进行评价并同时进行人工目视评级。结果表明,基于灰度值的喷淋法防污等级评价方法与人工目视评定结果具有较高的一致性,而且灰度值法更为简便、客观和精确。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the protective properties of textiles against water-soluble contaminants and realize the objectivity of the grading evaluation method of fabric after spraying antifouling test,a method based on gray scale value analysis was proposed.Firstly,the AATCC gray card was photographed to calculate their corresponding gray scale values.Secondly,the relationship between each discoloration grade and its corresponding gray scale value was analyzed.Finally,the grade evaluation of spraying anti-fouling property was got.To verify the effectiveness of the method,hydrophilic soiling solution was sprayed on sample,according to the pictures of specimen before and after test,statistics and gray scale analysis of gray scale information of pixel points in the pictures were performed before and after liquid stain treatment by software.According to the results of gray level analysis,the anti-fouling performance of textiles was evaluated,and the artificial visual eveluation was carried out at the same time.The results indicated that the evaluation method of spraying antifouling method based on gray scale value had good consistency with the visual evaluation method,while gray scale value method was simpler,more objective and more accurate.更多还原
