【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of ginseng residue on the quality of alfalfa silage, the ginseng residues were added into the alfalfa silage, after 45 days of fermentation the silage quality was determined. The results showed that ginseng residue could significantly decreased the pH value, ammonia nitrogen and propionic acid content. The V-Score of ginseng residue 10% treatment was the highest.更多还原
