化学添加剂对籽粒苋、全株玉米与稻秸混合青贮品质的影响

【摘要】 为了明确不同化学添加剂对籽粒苋、全株玉米与稻秸混合青贮品质影响。本试验以籽粒苋、全株玉米和稻秸为原料,设置三种混合比例,分别为A组(60∶15∶25)、B组(65∶10∶25)、C组(70∶5∶25),各比例分别添加甲酸、乙酸、苯甲酸钠、苯丙氨酸,未添加组为对照CK。各不同处理的青贮饲料在室温下放置45d后开袋取样分析,测定青贮饲料的发酵品质和乳酸含量。结果表明:添加甲酸可显著降低籽粒苋、全株玉米与稻秸混合青贮的氨态氮含量(P<0.05),添加丙酸可以显著提高A组乳酸含量(P<0.05)。综合来看,添加丙酸混合青贮品质最佳。

【Abstract】 In order to clarify the effects of different chemical additives on the silage quality of grain amaranth, whole-plant corn and rice straw.The experiment used grain amaranth, whole-plant corn and rice straw as raw materials, and three mixing ratios were set, which were respectively group A(60∶15∶25), group B(65∶10∶25), group C(70∶5∶25), each ratio was added formic acid, acetic acid, sodium benzoate, phenylalanine, and the unadded group was control CK. The silages of different treatments were placed at room temperature for 45 days, and then the bags were sampled and analyzed to determine the fermentation quality and lactic acid content of the silage. The results showed that the addition of formic acid could significantly reduce the ammonia nitrogen content of grain amaranth, whole-plant corn and rice straw mixed silage(P<0.05), and the addition of propionic acid could significantly increase the lactic acid content of group A(P<0.05).In short, the mixed silage of propionic acid has the best fermentation quality.
