【Abstract】 Big data subverts the traditional thinking mode of college personnel training. When ecological education concept is integrated into college talent training practice, it can comprehensively improve student’s professional quality. On the basis of summarizing relevant theories, this paper firstly explains the status quo of HR management professional training, and secondly constructs the ecological training frame.
