生态型棉用阻燃剂的制备与应用

【摘要】 采用二乙醇胺和亚磷酸为原料合成有机盐,用28%氨水调节有机盐溶液至一定pH即得阻燃剂。用该阻燃剂整理棉织物,测试了整理后棉织物的阻燃性能、白度和断裂强力。结果表明,该阻燃剂的最佳合成工艺为:二乙醇胺100 g、亚磷酸100 g、水30 g、28%氨水3.82 g、反应温度75℃、亚磷酸水溶液滴加时间2.5 h、保温反应温度75℃、保温反应时间1 h;该阻燃剂的最佳整理工艺为:阻燃剂400 g/L、焙烘温度110℃、焙烘时间2 min。整理棉织物的续燃时间1.4 s,阴燃时间0.2 s,损毁长度2.4 cm,白度80,断裂强力368 N/5 cm。

【Abstract】 The organic salt was synthesized from diethanolamine and phosphite, and the flame retardant was obtained by adjusting the organic salt solution to a certain pH with 28% ammonia. The flame retardancy, whiteness and breaking strength of the finished cotton fabric were tested. The results showed that the best synthesis process of the flame retardant was: 100 g diethanolamine, 100 g phosphite, 30 g water, 3.82 g 28% ammonia, reaction temperature 75 ℃, adding phosphite aqueous solution for 2.5 h, holding reaction temperature 75 ℃ and holding reaction 1 h; the best finishing process of the flame retardant was: 400 g/L flame retardant, baking temperature 110 ℃, baking time 2 min. After finishing, the continuous burning time of cotton fabric was 1.4 s, smoldering time was 0.2 s, damage length was 2.4 cm, whiteness was 80,breaking strength was 368 N/5 cm.
