发泡剂对水性聚氨酯仿麂皮性能的影响

【摘要】 将涂层为水性聚氨酯(WPU)的莫代尔针织布烘干,焙烘制得仿麂皮。以仿麂皮的耐静水压、透气率、顶破强力、硬挺度为指标,探究最佳的发泡剂用量(以发泡剂在WPU溶液中的质量分数计)。实验结果表明:最佳的发泡剂用量为2%,仿麂皮的耐静水压为50.6 cmH2O,硬挺度为2.56 mN·cm,透气率为0.693 mm/s,顶破强力为363.5 N。

【Abstract】 Modal knitted fabric coated with waterborne polyurethane(WPU) was dried and baked to obtain suede. The best proportion of foaming agent(calculated by mass fraction of foaming agent in WPU solution) was investigated by taking hydrostatic pressure, air permeability, bursting strength and stiffness of suede as the indexes. The results of experiment show that the best proportion of foaming agent is 2%, the hydrostatic pressure of suede is 50.6 cmH2O, the stiffness is 2.56 mN·cm, the air permeability is 0.693 mm/s and the bursting strength is 363.5 N.
