不同含硅改性剂改性聚酯型水性聚氨酯膜的性能研究

【摘要】 分别采用水性有机硅树脂WLS-290SG、气相二氧化硅TS-100、氨基硅油HX-3300 3种不同类型的硅材料与水性聚氨酯HG3-001复配,刮涂制成一系列膜材料。采用万能强力机、常温耐折仪和低温耐折仪测试含硅改性水性聚氨酯膜的物理、机械性能,并测试了膜材料的吸水率和软化点。结果表明:聚酯型水性聚氨酯自身的力学性能较好,但常温耐折性能较差;加入硅材料改性后,服用耐久性得以改善,吸水率降低,软化点下降,耐折性能提高。采用水性有机硅与水性聚氨酯混合乳液比粉体效果好,膜材料的伸长率更大。

【Abstract】 Three different types of silicone materials, waterborne silicone resin WLS-290 SG, fumed silica TS-100 and aminosilicone oil HX-3300, were compounded with waterborne polyurethane HG3-001 to form a series of film materials.The physical and mechanical properties of the waterborne polyurethane film containing silicon modifier were tested by universal strength machine, the normal temperature bending resistance instrument and low temperature bending resistance tester, and the water absorption rate and softening point of the film material were tested. The results show that the polyester waterborne polyurethane has good mechanical properties, but its bending resistance in normal temperature is poor. After the addition of silicone material, the durability of the coating is improved, the water absorption rate is lowered, the softening point is decreased, and the bending resistance is improved. The addition method of waterborne silicone and waterborne polyurethane mixed emulsion is better than the powder, and the elongation of the film material is greater.
