微生物菌剂对人参红皮病的防治研究
Report on prevention and treatment of ginseng erythroderma with microbial agents
【摘要】 目的利用微生物菌剂对土壤的改良以及缓解环境胁迫作用,以达到降低或抑制人参红皮病的发生和发展。方法通过对比实验将人参分别种植在三个不同的实验区,每个实验区做三个不同方式的处理。经随机取样观察并计算其发病率及发病指数。结论微生物菌剂在施入土壤后可迅速改善土壤理化性质,使人参红皮病的发病率平均降低44%,发病指数降低0.13,人参总皂苷含量平均提高23.15%,提高人参总皂苷含量,增加经济效益。
【Abstract】 Objective: To reduce or inhibit the occurrence and development of ginseng erythroderma by using microbial agents to improve soil and alleviate environmental stress. METHODS: Ginseng was planted in three different experimental areas, each of which was treated in three different ways. The incidence and incidence index were calculated by random sampling. CONCLUSION: Microbial agents can rapidly improve thephysical and chemical properties of soil after application, which can reduce the incidence of ginseng erythroderma by 44%, the incidence index by 0.13, the ginsenoside content by 25.86%, the ginsenoside content by 23.15%, and the economic benefit.
