【摘要】 目的比较研究不同方法测定复方双参颗粒中人参皂苷含量,制定产品质量标准。方法采用药典方法、国家农业行业标准NY/T1842-2010,《保健食品检验与评价技术规范手册》2003版。结果测定人参皂苷的含量,分别为药典方法最高,国家农业行业标准次之,保健食品检验方法最低。结论测定人参皂苷含量以药典方法为首选;该方法分离效果好、准确、快速、样品制备简单。更多还原
