一种新的三孔探针试验数据处理方法
A new data processing method for three-hole probe
【摘要】 以三孔探针数据处理常用方法为基础,提出了一种新的三孔探针数据处理方法——相交曲线法。该方法利用三孔压力得到角度系数和速度系数,两个系数分别对应标定平面上的两条相交曲线,再通过简单迭代寻找在标定平面产生的唯一交点,该交点坐标即为对应的马赫数和角度。利用相交曲线法、样条插值法和最小二乘法,对同一状态同一支探针所测数据进行处理。结果表明,与样条插值法和最小二乘法相比,相交曲线法的数据处理精度相当,但效率提高了一倍以上,具有较高的实用价值。
【Abstract】 Based on the common processing method for three-hole probe, a new method was developed and named intersect curve method. Firstly, angle coefficient and velocity coefficient were obtained by three-hole pressure and the two coefficients were corresponding to two intersect curves on calibration plane. Then, by a simple iteration unique, intersection point was found out, and its coordinates were Mach number and angle. With the intersect curve method, the cubic interpolation method and the least square method, data from the same state and the same probe was processed. The results show that compared to the cubic interpolation method and the least square method, the data process precision of intersect curve method is more or less the same, but with better efficiency, it can be applied to engineering.
