【摘要】 改革开放以来,中国与世界的关系发展经过三个阶段,出现了四个巨大的变化。中国摆脱意识形态的局限转为务实性的全方位国际合作;实现了从被动适应到主动融入到引领国际社会的超越和飞跃;中国从国际社会的边缘逐渐走入世界的中心,中国对世界的影响力和作用越来大;实现了从学习型输入到创造性输出的转变,实现了中国和世界的双向互动,对世界作出越来越多的贡献。我们要制定正确的自身发展战略目标并坚定不移地坚持下去;在坚守国家利益的同时,积极维护国际道义,主动承担国际责任;坚持全方位的独立自主的和平外交,与世界各国建立平等互利的国家关系;坚持把中国发展与世界发展结合起来,把中国人民的根本利益同世界人民的共同利益结合起来。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, the relationship between China and the world has undergone three stages, with four major changes. China liberated itself from ideological constraints and embraced pragmatic all-round international cooperation; made a leap-forward progress from passive adaptation to active integration, and to leading the international community; gradually entered the center of the world stage as a previously marginal country of the international community, with increasing influence and a bigger role; shifted away from drawing upon foreign experience toward exporting Chinese creativity, achieving the two-way interaction between China and the world and contributing more to the world. We must formulate an appropriate strategic goal for our own development and unswervingly adhere to it; actively safeguard international morality and take the initiative to assume international responsibilities while protecting national interests; adhere to an all-round and independent peace diplomacy, and establish an equal and mutually beneficial relationship with all countries in the world; combine China’s development with that of the world and combine the fundamental interests of the Chinese people with the common interests of the people of the world.更多还原
