大兴支线工程管道管材比选及相关参数确定
Comparison and Selection of Pipe Material in Daxing Branch Project of South-to-North Water Transfer Project
【摘要】 结合北京市南水北调配套工程大兴支线工程实际情况,对大口径、长距离输水管道可用管材进行比选,指出:输水工程管道管材的选择应根据工程规模、重要性、水质状况、系统布置、管道口径、工作压力、管道埋深、地形地质情况、施工条件、工程的工期要求以及管道生产和运输条件,结合运行维护进行技术经济综合比较后确定;应尽可能选择技术成熟,抗腐蚀性及耐久性能强的管材。根据工程特点及特殊性,结合工期、技术可行及经济指标综合考虑后选择1-DN2400mmK10级球墨铸铁管作为大兴支线工程的管材。
【Abstract】 Based on the Daxing Branch Project of the Beijing South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the comparison of large-diameter and long-distance water pipelines was described in detail. In water transfer project, the selection of pipe material is determined according to the technical and economic comparison of various factors, such as scale and importance of project, water quality, project layout, pipe diameter, working pressure, buried depth, topographical and geological conditions, construction conditions, construction period, conditions of pipeline production and transportation and operation maintenance. It is more reasonable to choose the technology-proven pipe material with high corrosion resistance and durability.
