密云水库调蓄工程总体设计方案研究

【摘要】 南水北调来水调入密云水库调蓄工程因地制宜,结合既有工程,巧妙提出了南水北调来水通过京密引水渠反向加压调入密云水库的调蓄思路,优化了南水北调中线总体布局,实现了南北联调、丰枯相济,同时恢复密云水库在供水任务中的重要地位,提高北京水资源战略储备。如此长距离利用现有渠道,既保留原有正向输水规模,又实现大流量反向调水功能,在国内少有先例。通过前期的理论分析、论证比选,确定了沿京密引水渠反向输水、分级加压总体布局,推算出渠道双向水面线成果,论证了渠道泵站、管道泵站和出入密云、怀柔两水库的关键节点布置,制定了满足不同工况的调度运行技术方案。

【Abstract】 It has taken into consideration local conditions and existing structures, and proposed in an artful way a regulation and storage method for the water from SNWD to the Miyun Reservoir by using pumps which operate in an opposite direction to that in the Miyun-Beijing water transmission(MBWT). The project has resulted in a better general arrangement in SNWD’s middle route, and achieved cooperative regulations between the north and south parts of SNWD and between the dry and wet seasons. It has also further enhanced the important role of the Miyun Reservoir in water supply system and enhanced the strategic water reserves in Beijing. The project has made full use of MBWT’s long existing canals, maintained their current water transmission capacity and fulfilled a large-scale reverse water transmission, thus presenting a success which has no precedence in China. After theoretical analysis, model justification and comparison at an early stage, a general arrangement for reverse water transmission along MBWT by using stepped lifting had been decided, canal water level on both directions calculated, positions of key points for canal pump, tunnel pump as well as entrance and exit of the Minyun Reservoir and the Huairou Reservoir verified and dispatching and operation schemes in different working conditions produced.
