支臂纵向连接系形式对弧形闸门的稳定性分析

【摘要】 为了解不同支臂纵向连接系的布置形式对弧形闸门稳定性的影响,以某水库溢洪道露顶式弧形闸门为研究对象,结合6种工程中常见的支臂纵向连接系的布置形式,利用有限元软件ANSYS对闸门模型进行静力分析和动力学计算。结果表明:支臂纵向连接系的布置形式对闸门支臂的影响较大,A字型支臂不适用于大跨度大半径露顶式弧形闸门;支臂纵向连接系的布置形式对闸门的固有频率影响较小;比较闸门各阶振型,支臂处最易发生振动。研究成果对弧形闸门支臂的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the influence of arrangement of the longitudinal connection system on the radial gate stability, taking a radial gate of the open-top spillway of a reservoir as the research object, combining the six common arrangement forms of the longitudinal connection system, the static and dynamic analysis on the gate model were carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS. The results show that the arrangement of the longitudinal connection system has a great influence on the gate arm, the A-shape arm is not suitable for the large-span and large-radius open-top arch gate, and the longitudinal connection system has little effect on the natural frequency of the gate. By analyzing the various modes of the gate, vibration is most likely to occur for the supporting arm. This conclusion has certain reference value for the optimization design of radial gate arm.
