间隙密封结构在高速重载轴承座上的应用研究

【摘要】 运用流体力学计算分析传统间隙密封结构应用于高速重载轴承座的可行性。研究发现,当密封盘以工作转速2 000 r/min工作时,传统间隙密封能够实现完全密封所需的最大密封间隙宽度为0.556 mm,使用条件苛刻。对传统间隙密封结构进行了改进,增大了间隙密封结构的密封间隙,并在密封盘第一阶凸台上增设了数个气压孔。计算及分析结果表明,改进后的间隙密封结构在密封盘以工作转速2 000 r/min工作时,能够实现完全密封所需的最大密封间隙宽度可达1 mm以上,改善了间隙密封结构的使用条件。实验证明了改进的间隙密封结构能够实现高速重载轴承座的完全密封。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of the gap sealing structure applied to the high speed and heavy duty bearing housing was investigated by hydrodynamics.It is found that when the seal disc worked at a working speed of 2 000 r/min,the maximum seal gap width required by the traditional gap seal for complete sealing is 0.556 mm,and the operating conditions are harsh.The traditional gap seal structure was improved by increasing the gap of the gap seal structure and adding several air pressure holes on the first stage of the disc.Through calculation and analysis,it is found that when the improved gap seal structure is operated under the working speed of 2 000 r/min,the maximum gap width required for complete sealing could be up to 1 mm,which improves the service conditions of the gap seal structure.The experimental results show that the improved gap seal structure can achieve complete sealing of high speed and heavy duty bearing housing.
