钨酸锶及其稀土激活离子掺杂的新型拉曼与自拉曼激光晶体

【摘要】 本文以钨酸锶(SrWO4)晶体为例,介绍了拉曼光学晶体的性质。近年来我们用熔体提拉法成功生长出的一系列纯的和稀土离子掺杂的钨酸锶(SrWO4)晶体。测试了纯SrWO4晶体的热性能和折射率,并拟合出晶体折射率的色散方程。测试了Nd∶SrWO4晶体的偏振吸收谱、近红外偏振荧光谱和荧光寿命发射曲线,结果显示,Nd∶SrWO4晶体具有优异的光谱性能。进行了一系列的激光实验,测试了纯SrWO4晶体的拉曼激光性能,及Nd∶SrWO4晶体的自拉曼激光性能。结果表明,SrWO4晶体是一个性能优越的拉曼晶体。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the properties of Raman optical crystals are described by taking strontium tungstate( SrWO4) crystal as an example. In recent years,a series of pure and rare earth ion doped strontium tungstate( SrWO4) crystals were successfully grown by the Czochralski method. The thermal properties of SrWO4 crystal was obtained. The refractive index of SrWO4 crystal was tested,and the dispersion equation of refractive index was fitted by using the least square method. The polarized absorption spectra,near infrared polarized fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime curves of Nd∶ SrWO4 crystal were tested and the spectral parameters were calculated. Nd∶ SrWO4 crystal has excellent spectral properties. Several laser experiments of SrWO4 and Nd∶ SrWO4 crystal were carried out,which contain the raman laser performance of SrWO4 crystal and the self-raman laser performance of Nd ∶ SrWO4 crystal. The results show that,SrWO4 crystal has excellent raman performances.
