【摘要】 概述了近年来中药辨治脓毒症多脏器功能障碍的进展。认为脓毒症为本虚标实之证,其发病机制与虚、毒、瘀有关。"虚"是脓毒症发病的基础,"瘀"是脓毒症发展过程中形成的有形实邪,"毒"是脓毒症发病的诱因。脓毒症可致多脏器功能障碍,主要表现为心功能衰竭、胃肠功能障碍、呼吸衰竭、急性肾衰竭等;根据脓毒症所致的多脏器功能障碍的病症特点,可分别采取相应的方药治疗。认为今后可从器官功能障碍角度,依据病脏—方药对应模式,进一步研究方药治疗多脏器功能障碍的疗效和机制,拓展中医药辨治脓毒症的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research progress of Chinese medicine for the treatment of sepsis with multiple organ dysfunction in recent years was reviewed. It is concluded that sepsis can be differentiated into the syndrome of deficiency in the fundamental and excess in the incidental,and the pathogenesis of sepsis is characterized by deficiency,toxins and blood-stasis. The deficiency is the fundamental of the pathogenesis of sepsis,the blood-stasis is the visible etiological factor generated during the development of sepsis, and the toxin is the cause of the pathogenesis of sepsis. Sepsis can result into the dysfunction of multiple organs, which is manifestaed as heart failure,gastrointestinal dysfunction,respiratory failure,and acute renal failure. Aimed at the specific manifestations of the dysfunction of multiple organs,the corresponding herbs and recipes of Chinese medicine were adopted. It is suggested that further research of therapeutic effect and mechanism of Chinese medicine for the treament of sepsis with multiple organ dysfunction can be carried out based on the pattern of affected organ corresponding to the specific recipe and herb in the future,thus to expand the usuage of Chinese medicine for the treament of sepsis with multiple organ dysfunction.更多还原
