【Abstract】 The experience of Professor LIU Wei-Sheng in treating yin-deficiency with toxin and heat type of lung cancer was summarized. Professor LIU Wei-Sheng believes that yin-deficiency with toxin and heat is the main pathogenesis of lung cancer,and the treatment of yin-deficiency with toxin and heat type of lung cancer should be carried out by staging differentiation of initial stage,middle stage and late stage. The therapeutic principle for yindeficiency with toxin and heat type of lung cancer is to nourish yin, clear heat and remove toxin. Based on syndrome differentiation,the combination of disease differentiation and symptom differentiation can be used for the treatment. Shengmai Powder can be used as the basic recipe for nourishing yin,Qianjin Weijing Decoction can be used as the basic recipe for clearing heat,removing toxin and resolving phlegm,and modification of the herbs should be based on the staging differentiation. By following the above principles,satisfactory therapeutic effect for the treatment of yin-deficiency with toxin and heat type of lung cancer can be achieved.更多还原
