【摘要】 【目的】探讨金翘片体内抗甲型H3N2流感病毒及禽流感病毒H9N2的作用。【方法】分别以甲型H3N2流感病毒与禽流感病毒H9N2感染小鼠为模型,以小鼠肺指数及肺指数抑制率为评价指标,考察金翘片抗甲型H3N2流感病毒及抗禽流感病毒H9N2的作用,并观察金翘片的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。【结果】金翘片具有明显的抑制甲型H3N2流感病毒致肺病变作用(P <0.05或P <0.01),抑制率随剂量增大而增大,呈量效关系;同时也对禽流感病毒H9N2感染鼠肺病变表现出明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。并具有显著的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。【结论】金翘片在体内具有显著的抗甲型H3N2流感病毒、抗禽流感病毒H9N2及解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Jinqiao Tablets on anti-influenza A(H3N2)virus and anti-avian influenza virus H9N2 in vivo. Methods The mice infected seperately with influenza A(H3N2)virus and avian influenza virus H9N2 were used as the models. The lung index and lung-index inhibition rate in mice were examined to investigate the anti-virus effects of Jinqiao Tablets against influenza A(H3N2)virus and avian influenza virus H9N2. In addition,the antipyretic,analgesic,and anti-inflammatory effects of Jinqiao Tablets were observed. Results The pulmonary lesions induced by influenza A(H3N2)virus in mice were obviously inhibited by Jinqiao Tablets(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),and the inhibition rate was increased with dosage increasing,which showed a dose-effect relationship. Meanwhile, the pulmonary lesions induced by avian influenza virus H9N2 in mice were also inhibited by Jinqiao Tablets(P<0.01). Moreover, Jinqiao Tablets had antipyretic,analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects. Conclusion Jinqiao Tablets have significant anti-influenza A virus H3N2 and anti-avian influenza virus H9N2 actions,as well as antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory effects in vivo.更多还原
