【摘要】 综述近年来补肾祛邪法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效机制。认为肾虚邪伏、正虚邪恋与正气胶着导致慢性乙型肝炎持续进展、迁延不愈;补肾(兼以益气、养阴、健脾、疏肝等)与祛邪(清热解毒、祛湿化痰、活血化瘀等)双管齐下,可整体调节患者气血脏腑功能,抵御甚至清除体内邪毒;补肾祛邪治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有抗乙肝病毒、保肝、抗肝纤维化及降低乙肝病毒变异的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The therapeutic mechanism of kidney-tonifying and pathogen-eliminating therapy in treating chronichepatitis B was reviewed. It is indicated that kidney deficiency with hidden pathogen and lingering pathogens dueto deficient healthy Qi result into the sustained development and difficulty in the healing of chronic hepatitis B;thecombination of therapy for tonifying kidney assistant by strengthening Qi,nourishing yin,invigorating spleen,orsoothing liver, and eliminating pathogens(clearing heating and removing toxicity, dispelling dampness andresolving phlegm,activating blood and removing stasis) can regulate the function of Zang-fu organs and Qi andblood,prevent the attack of hepatitis B virus or even eliminate hepatitis B virus;kidney-tonifying and pathogen-eliminating therapy has the actions of counteracting hepatitis B virus,protecting liver,anti-hepatic fibrosis andreducing hepatitis B virus mutation in treating chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
