【摘要】 目的:观察中药穴位贴敷联合常规疗法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)蛋白尿的效果。方法:将104例脾肾气虚证患者随机分为对照组和观察组各52例。2组均予厄贝沙坦片等常规用药治疗,观察组加用中药穴位贴敷治疗。2组疗程均为4周。治疗前后检测尿常规、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN),并计算肾小球滤过率估计值(eGFR);进行中医证候评分和护理满意度的评价。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组24h尿蛋白定量、SCr、BUN均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组24h尿蛋白定量、BUN水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组中医证候评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规疗法基础上加用中药穴位贴敷治疗CGN患者,可有效减轻蛋白尿,改善临床症状,对肾功能有一定的保护作用,也提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal acupoint application combined with routine therapy for proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods:Divided 104 cases of patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome into the control group and the observation group randomly,52 cases in each group.Both groups received such routine medication as irbesartan tablets,while the observation group additionally received Chinese herbal acupoint application.The treatment of both groups lasted for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,detected the items of urine routine,24-hour urinary protein excretion,serum creatinine(SCr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and calculated the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR);evaluated Chinese medicine syndrome scores and nursing satisfaction degree.Results:After treatment,the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).The levels of 24-hour urinary protein excretion,SCr and BUN in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the levels of 24-hour urinary protein excretion,SCr and BUN in the observation group were respectively lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P <0.01);the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the observation group were respectively lower than those in the control group(P <0.01).The nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese herbal acupoint application for patiens with CGN based on routine therapy has protective effect on renal function,which can effectively alleviate proteinuria,improve clinical symptoms and promote the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.更多还原
