【摘要】 目的:观察兰州方治疗胃癌化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法:将60例胃癌患者随机分为2组各30例。对照组予常规化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用兰州方治疗。观察2组治疗前后生活质量评分,骨髓抑制程度改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组生活质量评分升高15例,改善率50.00%(15/30);对照组生活质量评分升高11例,改善率36.67%(11/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组WBC及N均上升,观察组外周血白细胞计数(WBC)及中性粒细胞计数(N)分别与组内治疗前比较,且组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组外周血红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及血小板计数(BPC)分别与组内治疗前比较,且组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:兰州方能减轻胃癌化疗后骨髓抑制,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lanzhou prescription on myelosuppression after chemotherapy for gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy regimen,and the observation group was additionally treated with Lanzhou prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of quality of life and the improvement of myelosuppression were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the score of quality of life in the observation group was increased by 15 cases with an improvement rate of 50.00%(15/30);the score of quality of life in the control group was increased by 11 cases with an improvement rate of 36.67%(11/30),the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the count of white blood cell(WBC) and neutrophil(N) in peripheral blood of the two groups were compared with those before treatment in the observation group,differences between the two groups being significant(P<0.01).The WBC and N were increased in the observation group.After treatment,red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb) and platelet count(BPC) of peripheral blood in the two groups were compared with those before treatment,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lanzhou prescription can reduce the myelosuppression after chemotherapy for gastric cancer and improve the quality of life.更多还原
