【摘要】 目的:观察电热中药砭石治疗风寒湿痹型腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取60例风寒湿痹型腰痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予传统砭石疗法治疗,观察组给予电热中药砭石治疗。干预前后采用腰痛评估量表评估腰痛程度,记录患者对干预措施的满意度。结果:治疗后,2组腰痛、举物持物受限评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);其他各项细则评分组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组总满意率96.43%,高于对照组的74.07%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:电热中药砭石治疗风寒湿痹型腰痛,可以显著缓解疼痛,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electro-heating Chinese medicinal Bian-stone for low back pain of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type. Methods:Selected 60 cases of patients with low back pain of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type as study subjects,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,30 cases in each group. The control group received traditional Bian-stone therapy,while the observation group received electro-heating Chinese medicinal Bian-stone therapy. Before and after intervention,evaluated the degree of low back pain,an recorded the satisfaction degree of patients towards intervening measures. Results:After treatment,compared the scores of low back pain and limitation of lifting and carrying objects in the two groups,the difference was significant(P < 0.05);no significant difference was found in the comparisons of the scores of other items(P > 0.05). After treatment,the total satisfaction rate was 96.43% in the observation group,being higher than 74.07% in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Eelectro-heating Chinese medicinal Bian-stone for low back pain of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type can significantly alleviate pain and promote the satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
