【摘要】 目的:观察KL-DB短波理疗仪联合清热凉血汤治疗面部敏感性皮肤的临床疗效。方法:选取40例面部敏感性皮肤患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各20例。治疗组给予KL-DB短波理疗仪联合清热凉血汤治疗,对照组仅给予清热凉血汤治疗,2组均治疗5周。于治疗前后进行疗效和安全性评价,比较2组经皮水分丢失(TEWL)情况,记录不良反应和复发情况。结果:治疗组症状体征改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组TEWL均较治疗前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组TEWL比对照组减少更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组均无严重不良反应发生。2组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:KL-DB短波理疗仪联合清热凉血汤治疗面部敏感性皮肤安全有效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of KL-DB shortwave physiotherapy instrument combined with Qingre Liangxue tang for sensitive facial skin. Methods:Selected 40 cases of patients with sensitive facial skin,and divided them into the treatment group and the control group randomly,20 cases in each group. The treatment group received KL-DB shortwave physiotherapy instrument combined with Qingre Liangxue tang,while the control group only received Qingre Liangxue tang. The treatment of both groups lasted for 5 weeks. Before and after treatment,evaluated the clinical effect and safety,compared the status of transepidermal water loss(TEWL) in both groups,and recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions and its recurrence.Results:The physical signs in the treatment group were improved better than those in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,TEWL in both groups was lower than that before treatment,differences being significant(P< 0.05);TEWL in the treatment group was decreased more significantly than that in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). No severe adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Comparing with the recurrence rate in the two groups,there was no significant different being found(P > 0.05). Conclusion:KL-DB shortwave physiotherapy instrument combined with Qingre Liangxue tang can safely and effectively treat sensitive facial skin,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
