生脉饮合百合固金汤对中晚期气阴两虚证肺癌增效减毒的临床研究
Clinical Study on Shengmai Decoction and Baihe Gujin Tang for Enhancing Efficacy and Reducing Toxicity in Advanced Lung Cancer with Qi-yin Deficiency Syndrome
【摘要】 目的:观察生脉饮合百合固金汤治疗中晚期肺癌气阴两虚证老年化疗患者的增效减毒效果。方法:将86例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例;对照组予常规放化疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上予生脉饮合百合固金汤治疗,2组均治疗6周;观察比较2组近期疗效、骨髓抑制情况,检测2组血清腺苷酸环化酶关联蛋白1 (CAP1)和细胞间黏附分子-1 (ICAM-1)水平变化。结果:观察组近期总有效率为81.40%,对照组为58.14%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板、血红蛋白水平均较治疗前明显减少(P <0.05);但观察组白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板、血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组血清CAP1、ICAM-1水平较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05);且观察组血清CAP1、ICAM-1水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:生脉饮合百合固金汤对中晚期肺癌气阴两虚证老年化疗患者有较好的减毒增效作用,并能下调血清CAP1、ICAM-1水平,值得临床推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Shengmai decoction and Baihe Gujin tang on senile patients with advanced lung cancer with qi-yin deficiency syndrome undergoing chemotherapy in enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity. Methods:Divided 86 cases of patients into the control group and the observation group randomly,43 cases in each group. The control group received routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy,while the observation group additionally received Shengmai decoction and Baihe Gujin tang. The treatment of both groups lasted for 6 weeks. Observed and compared the near-term clinical effect and myelosuppression in both groups,and detected the changes in levels of adenylyl cyclase-associated protein 1(CAP1) and intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1) in serum of both groups. Results:The near-term total effective rate was 81.40%in the observation group and 58.41% in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the amounts of leukocytes,neutrophils,platelets and hemoglobin in both groups were significantly smaller than those before treatment(P < 0.05); the amounts of leukocytes, neutrophils, platelets and hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the levels of CAP1 and ICAM-1 in serum of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05);the levels of CAP1 and ICAM-1 in serum of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Shengmai decoction and Baihe Gujin tang has good effect on senile patients with advanced lung cancer with qi-yin deficiency syndrome undergoing chemotherapy in enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity. It can down-regulate the levels of CAP1 and ICAM-1 in serum, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
