【摘要】 目的:收集中药保留灌肠治疗粘连性肠梗阻(Adhesive intestinal obstrustion,AIO)的研究,进行荟萃分析,评价中药保留灌肠治疗AIO的有效性及安全性。方法:用计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学数据库以及PubMed、Web of Science数据库中的相关文献,收集符合纳入标准的临床随机对照试验,检索时间限定为2009年1月1日—2019年1月1日。由2位研究者用Noteexpress和Excel等软件,按照纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并用RevMan5.3进行系统分析。结果:共纳入24个研究,1 969例患者,系统评价结果显示,与常规西医治疗比较,中药保留灌肠能提高AIO的总有效率(OR=6.75,95%CI=4.87～9.37,P <0.000 01),降低肛门排便时间(SMD=-1.53,95%CI=-2.06～-0.99,P <0.000 01),缩短住院时间(MD=-2.92,95%CI=-3.64～-2.19,P <0.000 01)。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗AIO可提高其总有效率、降低胃肠道恢复时间及缩短患者住院时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Chinese herbal retention enema in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO) through a Meta-analysis of relevant studies. Methods: Retrievals on randomized controlled trials of Chinese herbal retention enema in the treatment of AIO were conducted from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Database(VIP),WANFANG Data,SinoMed,PubMed and Web of Science,with the retrieval time from January 1 st,2009 to January 1 st,2019. Two researchers used Noteexpress,Excel and other software to independently select literature and extract data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and a meta-analysis was performed via RevMan 5.3. Results: Twenty four trials were enrolled, with 1969 patients in total. The systematic evaluation results showed that compared with conventional western medicine treatment,Chinese herbal retention enema could improve the total effective rate of AIO(OR=6.75,95%CI=4.87～9.37,P < 0.000 01),reduce anal defecation time(SMD=-1.53,95%CI=-2.06～-0.99,P < 0.000 01), and shorten hospital stay(MD=-2.92, 95% CI=-3.64～-2.19, P < 0.000 01). Conclusion: Chinese herbal retention enema can improve the total effective rate, reduce the recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and shorten the hospitalization time of patients with AIO.更多还原
