【摘要】 目的了解铜陵市医疗机构消毒灭菌质量。方法将2008～2018年铜陵市部分医疗机构消毒灭菌质量监测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 11年共采样9 191份,平均合格率为94. 32%,合格率随年度呈上升趋势。各级医疗机构合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=91. 57,P <0. 05)。监测项目中医护人员手合格率最低(88. 88%),项目间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=243. 59,P <0. 05)。结论铜陵市各级医疗机构合格率随年度呈上升趋势,但医护人员手卫生问题需引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization quality in some medical institutions in Tongling city. Methods The monitoring results of disinfection and sterilization quality in some medical institutions in Tongling city were retrospectively analyzed from 2008 to 2018. Results A total of 9 191 samples were sampled in11 years,The average qualified rate was 94. 32%,with an increasing trend in yearly manner. However,the qualified rate varied a lot among medical institutions( χ~2= 91. 57,P < 0. 05). Of themonitored fields,hand hygienewas the poorest in medical staff( 88. 88%),and the pass rate was significantly different in items inspected( χ~2=243. 59,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Although disinfection and sterilization quality appear good in some medical institutions in Tongling city,and tend to better with year,yet the hand hygiene of medical staff still needs more attention.更多还原
