【Abstract】 The local government is the backbone of the strategy to promote the in-depth development of civil-military integration. Civil-military integration in Quanzhou started early and achieved some results.But the gap between developed cities and Quanzhou is still large. Based on the literature study of civil-military integration, the article first introduces the actual development of civil-military integration in Quanzhou,and then explores some countermeasures on how to seize the strategic opportunity on the in-depth development of civil-military integration. The article holds that we should try first to make some breakthroughs and puts forward the strategic conception of "1+3+X" and "three-three" for the civil-military integration in Quanzhou. Finally,six strategic suggestions were put forward.更多还原
