多失效模式下船体耐压壳体可靠性分析
Reliability Analysis of Ship Pressure Hull under Multiple Failure Modes
【摘要】 在船体耐压壳体结构可靠性分析时主要有五种失效模式:跨中壳板应力强度失效、跨端壳板应力强度失效、肋骨强度失效、壳板稳定性失效和舱段总体稳定性失效等,且失效模式中的变量参数服从不同的概率分布函数。对不服从正态分布的变量做当量正态化并使用设计验算点法对五种失效模式的可靠度进行了分析,在水深加大的情况下,舱段总体稳定性失效模式可靠性总体变化最大,最容易发生破坏,设计时应当重点考虑。
【Abstract】 In the reliability analysis of the hull pressure shell structure,there are five failure modes such as failure of stress strength of the mid-shell plate,failure of stress strength of the trans-end shell,failure of the rib strength,failure of the shell stability and failure of the overall stability of the tank.And the variable parameters in the failure mode are subject to different probability distribution functions.The equivalent normalization of the variables that do not obey the normal distribution is used to analyze the reliability of the five failure modes using the design checkpoint method.With the increase of water depth,the reliability of failure modes of overall stability of cabin section varies most and is most vulnerable to damage,which should be taken into account in design.
