一种基于专家匿名的多属性群决策方法
A Multi-attribute Group Decision Making Method Based on Expert Anonymity
【摘要】 在专家匿名的多属性群决策中,可能会出现专家提供的评分值相同的情况。模糊多重集允许元素以相同或不同的隶属度值多次出现,是表达专家匿名的多属性群决策信息的一个有效方法。一种对模糊多重集排序的方法:首先,利用最大偏差法求出位置权重,根据位置权重对模糊多重集进行信息集成得到位置赋权后的模糊多重集;其次,再一次用最大偏差法求出属性的客观权重,根据属性权重,将位置赋权后的模糊多重集信息集成得到综合属性值后得出排序结果。将这种排序方法应用到专家匿名的多属性群决策中,通过具体的算例说明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
【Abstract】 In an expert-anonymous multi-attribute group decision making(MAGDM), there may be cases where the scores provided by the experts are the same. Fuzzy multi-sets allow elements to appear multiple times with the same or different membership values, which is an effective way to express express the MAGDM information based on expert anonymity. A new method for fuzzy multi-set ranking is proposed in this study. Firstly, the maximum deviation method is used to obtain the position weight, and the fuzzy multi-set is integrated according to the position weight to obtain the position-weighted fuzzy multi-set. Secondly, the maximum deviation is used again. The method obtains the objective weight of the attribute, and according to the attribute weight, integrates the fuzzy multi-set information after the position is weighted to obtain the comprehensive attribute value, and then obtains the ranking result. This ranking method is applied to expert anonymous multi-attribute group decision making. The effectiveness and feasibility of the method are illustrated by a specific example.
