【摘要】 目的 :探讨使用经脐单孔腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术对腹股沟斜疝患儿进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :将在江苏省宜兴市人民医院进行治疗的100例腹股沟斜疝患儿分为Control组(n=50)和Research组(n=50)。对Control组患儿使用疝囊高位结扎术进行治疗。对Research组患儿使用经脐单孔腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术进行治疗。然后,比较两组患儿的各项临床指标和术后并发症的发生情况。结果 :Research组患儿手术切口的长度、进行手术的时间及住院的时间均短于Control组患儿,P <0.05;其术后并发症的发生率低于Control组患儿,P <0.05。结论 :对腹股沟斜疝患儿使用经脐单孔腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术进行治疗,可降低其术后并发症的发生率,促进其康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac through umbilical single-hole for the treatment of children with indirect inguinal hernia. Methods: the patients were treated in yixing people’s hospital of jiangsu province 100 cases of children with indirect inguinal hernia were divided into Control group(n=50) and Research group(n=50). The children in the Control group were treated with high ligation of hernia sac. The Research group High ligation of hernia sac was performed in children with single hole through umbilical laparoscope. Then, clinical indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: the children in the Research group underwent surgical resection The length of the mouth, the time of operation and the time of hospitalization were all shorter than those in the Control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the Control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: abdominal femoral High ligation of hernia sac through umbilical single-hole laparoscope can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the recovery of children with oblique hernia.更多还原
