【摘要】 目的:探讨用三维适形放疗联合同步化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌局部复发的临床效果。方法:选择2016年2月至2017年2月阆中市人民医院收治的58例晚期非小细胞肺癌局部复发患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为对照组(n=29)与观察组(n=29)。用三维适形放疗对对照组患者进行治疗,用三维适形放疗联合同步化疗对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的近期疗效、不良反应的发生率及其死亡率。结果:观察组患者近期治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。在治疗期间,两组患者胃肠道反应、放射性食管炎、放射性气管炎、骨髓抑制及血液毒性反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。在治疗后的1年内,观察组患者的死亡率低于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:用三维适形放疗联合同步化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌局部复发的效果显著,可有效地提高患者的近期疗效,降低其死亡率,且治疗的安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: to investigate the clinical effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy for local recurrence of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 58 patients with local recurrence of advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to langzhong people’s hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as research objects. These patients were randomly divided into control group(n=29) and observation group(n=29).Patients in the control group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, and patients in the observation group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy, and then the short-term efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and mortality of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. During the treatment period, the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions, radioactive esophagitis, radioactive tracheitis, bone marrow suppression and blood toxicity in the two groups was compared(P > 0.05). Within 1 year after treatment, the mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of local recurrence of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.更多还原
