【摘要】 脱贫攻坚战是当前我国正在进行的三大攻坚战之一,各地进行了富有成效的工作并取得了积极的成果,完成了脱贫摘帽的阶段性目标。但脱贫攻坚中也存在许多难点问题,影响着各个贫困县脱贫摘帽的质量,需要高度关注。本文基于实地调研,就当前脱贫攻坚中存在的贫困村产业发展和产业扶贫、农民专业合作社、村集体经济、村际发展不平衡和农户之间不平衡、建立基层干部激励机制诸方面存在的问题进行分析并提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The battle against poverty is one of the three major battles currently under way in China.Effective work has been done and positive results have been achieved,with the phased goal of poverty eradication and hat removal being achieved. But there are also many difficult problems in poverty alleviation,which affect the quality of poverty alleviation and hat removal in poor counties,deserving high attention. Based on field research,this paper analyses and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems in poverty-stricken villages in terms of industrial development and poverty alleviation,farmers’ professional cooperatives,village collective economy, unbalanced Inter-village development and unbalances among farmers, and the establishment of incentive mechanism for grass-roots cadres.更多还原
