基于城市首位度的中国东部地区经济增长对策

【摘要】 在区域经济发展过程中,以首位城市为核心的城市群凭借其辐射作用以及集聚效应,加快了区域经济增长步伐。本文以东部地区城市发展的特征和城市结构布局为出发点,运用东部地区1987-2017年面板数据进行分析,探究东部地区各区域城市首位度对其经济发展的影响。结果发现,城市首位度的确是经济增长的原因之一,但其对经济增长的影响通常存在一定的滞后期。最后,结合东部地区实际提出如下建议:改善首位城市规模结构,提高经济效益;转型传统城市首位度、完善城市体系;改革首位城市体制机制,强化创新能力;促进区域首位城市协作、打造跨区域互补型产业基地;建立各层次城市间的协调发展机制,推动城市圈做大做强。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of regional economic development, urban agglomeration with the first city as the core accelerates the pace of regional economic growth by virtue of its radiation effect and agglomeration effect. In order to explore the impact of urban primacy index on its economic development in the provinces of the eastern region in China, this paper proposes economic growth countermeasures in eastern China. Based on the data from 1987 to 2017, the Granger causality test is constructed. It is found that urban primacy index is indeed one of the reasons for economic growth, but its impact on economic growth usually has a lag period. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the eastern region, the following suggestions are put forward: improving the scale structure of the first city to increase economic benefits; transforming the primacy of traditional cities and improving the urban system; reforming the system and mechanism of the first city, and strengthening the innovation ability; promoting the cooperation of the first cities of the provinces and building cross-province complementary industrial base; establishing a coordinated development mechanism among cities at all levels to make the urban circle bigger and stronger.更多还原
