企业创新成长战略研究:基于企业生态性创新网络优化视角

【摘要】 企业创新成长与企业创新网络优化密切相关。本文将企业创新网络生物学类比为企业生态性创新网络,并从合理化和高级化两方面解构企业创新网络优化,构建起基于生态性创新网络优化的企业创新成长战略。该战略包括促进企业规模扩张的企业生态性创新网络合理化和促进企业质量提升的企业生态性创新网络高级化两个子战略。运用该企业创新成长战略对中国企业创新成长现状进行简要分析,指出需要准确定位企业创新成长的阶段,根据不同企业创新网络优化阶段有针对性地采取相应对策,只有这样,才能有效实施企业创新成长战略,发挥企业创新网络优化对企业创新成长的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise innovation growth is closely related to enterprise innovation network optimization. In this paper, the enterprise innovation network is biologically analogous to the enterprise ecological innovation network. And enterprise innovation network optimization is deconstructed from the two aspects of rationalization and upgrading, by which the strategy framework of enterprise innovation growth based on ecological innovation network optimization has been constructed. The strategic framework includes two sub strategies: the rationalization of enterprise ecological innovation network to promote the expansion of enterprise scale and the upgrading of enterprise ecological innovation network to promote enterprise quality improvement. A brief analysis is made on the present situation of China’s enterprises innovation growth by using the strategy of enterprise innovation and growth. It is pointed out that it is necessary to accurately locate the stage of enterprise innovation growth, and to promote enterprise innovation strategy according to the specific implementation of different innovation network optimization stages. In this way, the enterprise innovation growth strategy can be effectively implemented, and the role of enterprise innovation network optimization in promoting enterprise innovation growth can be brought into full play.更多还原
