【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the strength, fracture characteristics and consequences caused by the unauthorized modification of the fractured separate cylinder of a company, and concludes that the reason for the burst accident is that the nonstandard installation of the pipeline, which leads to vibration of the pipeline and forms cracks between adaptor tube and welding line of the equipment. In the absence of slow heating operation, the steam water strikes the inside part of equipment, which produces strenuous vibrations, rapidly increases the inner pressure and speeds up the expansion of cracks, above which leads to brittle fracture accidents.更多还原
