【Abstract】 Artificial intelligence technology accompanies Alpha Go’s victory over the famous chess players Li Shizhen and Ke Jie.In the field of criminal law,the recognition of artificial intelligence technology and criminal subjects is considered as one of the key issues. Nowadays,the most discussed value is how to punish unmanned cars led by artificial intelligence and how to clarify responsibilities. From this point of view,we can infer from the further exploration of the artificial intelligence subject that the current penalty system is unable to meet the regulatory requirements for artificial intelligence living body crimes with subject qualifications in the future.Therefore,we must not only consider the effective means of punishing artificial intelligence in the future,but also consider how to effectively regulate artificial intelligence.更多还原
