【摘要】 目的探讨泪腺脱垂的诊断方法及经重睑切口治疗泪腺脱垂的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年5月—2018年5月在本院行重睑切口下泪腺脱垂复位固定手术的受术者共20例的临床资料,其中单侧泪腺脱垂6例,双侧泪腺脱垂14例,对20例34眼泪腺脱垂受术者施行切开法重睑成形术。术中去除部分松弛睑皮,修薄眼轮匝肌,剪开眶隔并适当去除疝出的眶隔脂肪,将脱垂的泪腺复位回泪腺窝并予以缝合固定,形成美观的重睑。结果 20例受术者经重睑切口行泪腺脱垂复位固定术后,双眼形态美观,随访3～12个月,效果满意。结论经重睑切口行泪腺脱垂复位固定术治疗泪腺脱垂效果满意,受术者可改善上睑臃肿及睑皮松弛,获得美观的双重睑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The paper aims at discussing the diagnosis of lacrimal prolapse and the clinical effect of treating lacrimal gland prolapse through double eyelid incision. Methods It carries out relevant review and analysis of the clinical material of 20 patients received reposition and fixation of lacrimal gland prolapse through double eyelid incision in the hospital from May,2016 to May,2018. 6 cases of unilateral prolapse of lacrimal gland,and 14 cases of bilateral lacrimal gland prolapse were enrolled,and totally 20 cases with 34 tear gland prolapse received operation through doubling eyelid incision. During the operation,part of the loose eyelid skin was removed,orbicularis oculi muscle was repaired,orbital septum was opened and herniated orbital septal fat was removed properly and the prolapsed lacrimal gland was restored in lacrimal fossa and fixed to form nice-looking double-fold eyelid.Results After reposition and fixation of lacrimal gland prolapse through double eyelid incision,nice-looking eye was formed and follow-up lasts for 3-12 months with satisfying effect.Conclusions The treatment effect of reposition and fixation of lacrimal gland prolapse through double eyelid incision is satisfying.Moreover,the patients receiving the operation can improve bloated upper eyelid and flaccid eyelid skin so as to obtain nice-looking double-fold eyelid accordingly.更多还原
