【摘要】 目的分析强化心理护理对癫痫患儿治疗依从性及不良情绪的影响。方法选择2018年5月—2019年5月本院收治的癫痫患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各49例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用强化心理护理,对比两组治疗依从性,随访3个月,对比QOLIE-31评分。结果观察组治疗依从性、出院3个月后QOLIE-31评分明显比对照组高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化心理护理可显著提高癫痫患者依从性,调节心理状态,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of intensive psychological nursing on treatment compliance and adverse emotions in children with epilepsy. Methods Ninety-eight patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. 49 patients in the control group underwent traditional nursing,and 49 patients in the observation group received intensive psychological care.Treatment adherence,followed up for 3 months,compared QOLIE-31 score. Results The treatment compliance and QOLIE-31 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after discharged for 3 months,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Intensive psychological nursing could significantly improve the compliance of patients with epilepsy and regulate the psychological state,which is worth learning.更多还原
